Built on Experience. Strengthened by Vision. Driven by People.

Before there was CapiParts, there was a conversation.

A young Mark Scott, still in his twenties, was presented with an opportunity. He took it. What followed was not just the growth of a business, but the beginning of a legacy shaped by resilience, instinct and an unwavering commitment to doing things properly.

Years later, after building, cultivating and ultimately exiting a successful company, space was created for something new.

That next chapter became CapiParts.

And from the beginning, it was built on more than experience alone.

Leadership With Depth

CapiParts is guided by two directors whose strengths have been shaped over decades in the industry.

Mark’s knowledge runs deep — forged in an era when machines ran longer hours and technicians relied on skill, sound and feel long before digital diagnostics became the norm. He understands parts not just by specification, but by application and consequence. That practical insight still influences the way CapiParts supports customers today. Add to that an approachable leadership style and a sharp sense of humour, and you have someone who leads from within the team, not above it.

Alongside him, Barry Cunningham brings a different but equally vital strength to the business.

Barry’s focus is on sustainability, structure and long-term stability. He sees the moving parts behind the scenes — financial strategy, operational systems, disciplined growth and future planning. Where others may see day-to-day operations, Barry sees trajectory. His influence is often quieter, but deeply embedded in how the company runs, scales and strengthens itself year after year.

He is not driven by spotlight — he is driven by building something that lasts.

Together, their combined experience creates a steady foundation: practical industry knowledge supported by thoughtful business architecture.

And when decades of experience sit behind a focused, modern brand, progress accelerates.

Experience speeds things up.

A Legacy Forged Before Diagnostics

The roots of CapiParts stretch back to a time when operators relied on instinct and technicians could “read” a machine before plugging into one.

That heritage matters.

It informs the advice given to customers.
The quality standards applied to parts.
The urgency placed on uptime.

CapiParts may be a relatively young brand, but the experience behind it is anything but.

Innovation That Never Stands Still

While grounded in heritage, CapiParts is defined by forward movement.

The brand has evolved deliberately. The CAPI identity: Capi-Connect, Capi-Cares, Capi-Birthday — creates a flexible, recognisable language that reflects who the company is: connected, people-focused and modern in its communication.

Behind the branding sits continuous refinement of processes, systems and service delivery. Innovation at CapiParts is practical. It improves how the business runs. It improves how customers are supported. It improves how teams operate internally.

Growth here is intentional.

The Capi-Family

As part of this month’s campaign, team members were asked what defines CapiParts.

The answer came naturally and consistently:

“The Capi-Family.”

It wasn’t rehearsed. It wasn’t suggested. It simply reflects how people experience the company from the inside.

Staff are not just employees — they are part of a connected ecosystem within the mining parts industry. There is accountability, yes. There are standards, certainly. But there is also support, shared momentum and genuine pride in the brand.

Culture at CapiParts is not built through slogans. It is built through daily leadership, clear expectations and mutual respect.

Investing in the Future

Looking ahead into 2026 and beyond, there is a clear emphasis on people development.

Staff training initiatives are expanding. Professional growth is being prioritised. Wellness remains central, with a dedicated Wellness Day planned for 6 March 2026 as part of a broader commitment to staff wellbeing and motivation.

Because sustainable performance comes from capable, supported people.

The leadership philosophy is simple: build strong individuals and the business will follow.

More Than a Job

As CapiParts continues to gain attention within the industry — and it is being noticed — the company is quietly shaping its reputation not only as a trusted parts partner, but as a place where professionals can build meaningful careers.

The question being asked is straightforward:

Are you Capi-Material?

Whether experienced in mining parts or looking to enter the industry with drive and integrity, CapiParts is building an environment where sales and support professionals can grow, contribute and be part of something steadily progressing forward.

Working at Capi isn’t just about employment.
It’s about alignment — with standards, with culture and with ambition.
