CapiParts Sponsors Learnerships to Empower South Africa’s Youth — Because Capi-Cares

At CapiParts, we believe in more than just supplying premium surplus mining parts. We believe in building futures — one young person at a time. That’s why we’re proud to announce our latest social responsibility initiative under the banner of Capi-Cares: sponsoring a group of dynamic, ambitious young individuals in a Business Administration Learnership through HEART Solutions.

This initiative isn’t just a contribution — it’s an investment. An investment in the youth of South Africa, in brighter futures, and in the belief that education and skills development are key to lasting change.

Why Business Administration?

The HEART Solutions Business Administration Services Learnership provides learners with a solid foundation in the essential functions of modern businesses. Through an NQF Level 4 qualification, learners are exposed to a comprehensive range of subjects — from communication strategies and business ethics to event planning, customer service, and basic bookkeeping.

Delivered via 420 hours of online, asynchronous learning, this programme allows learners to develop at their own pace while receiving full technical and academic support. Upon completion, students receive a Certificate of Attendance, and those who are deemed competent earn a Statement of Results and Certificate of Competence.

Meet the Future – Our Sponsored Learners

CapiParts is honoured to support four bright and determined individuals who’ve shown not only academic potential but deep personal commitment to their growth.

Mmakoka Johannah Motshego, born in 2005 in Phake, speaks with quiet determination. “Growing up in a rural-urban area with limited resources, I knew I would have to work harder to achieve my dreams,” she says. With strengths in perseverance, teamwork, and time management, Mmakoka sees this learnership as a vital step toward turning knowledge into practical skills.

Vusimuzi Phoseka reminds us why this initiative matters so deeply: “Studying opens doors and opportunities. With each new lesson, I build a foundation for my future. With determination, I can achieve anything I set my mind to.” His passion for growth and lifelong learning is inspiring, and we’re proud to walk this journey with him.

Mhloliluzuko Mahlombe brings valuable work experience and an eagerness to grow. “This learnership gives me the opportunity to develop industry-specific skills while making meaningful contributions,” he shares. His adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and hunger to learn make him a perfect fit for this programme.

Andile Adelina Tebeteng is a qualified Public Management student who radiates ambition and drive. “I’m a goal-driven person who thrives under pressure and loves working with people,” she explains. Her journey from QwaQwa to Johannesburg, fuelled by her mother’s encouragement, has shaped her into a strong, motivated young woman ready to take on new challenges.
